talked about his horses more than my divorce case. threatened to leave my case in the middle and when he stayed he did nothing to help me. But helped the other side alot. Talked to ex husband's lawyer more than he talked to me. Did not use everything I worked hard to get him as evidence of abuse against ex. Did not stand up for me when judge and ex husband's attorney questioned me about things that had nothing to do with divorce. I ended up with less than nothing while ex got everything I helped work for. 18.5 years of marriage and I am seen as the criminal when he was abusive to me. Now I face a bleak future with thousands of dollars in debt to deal with. Lawyers use the knowlege they have to milk you for everything and then they leave you in a sunk ship. If you want to be tortured after spouse is abusive then ladies, Sam is your man!
