I hired this attorney to help me win my disability claim. Even though I was working, my mental health issues were preventing me from having substatial, gainful employment. First Mr. Jaffe said it would be ok, then 3 days before my hearing, while I was in the hospital giving birth, he called me and dropped my case. He claimed I had ignored his letters. I don't recall receiving letters and even if I did, my mental disability effects my memory. No one from his office called me and no one checked in on me or made sufficient attempts to gain my medical records. I ended up using another lawyer and winning my case, contrary to his belief. Do yourself a favor and find an attorney that will work and fight for you because Mr. Jaffe is not that lawyer. He is poor in every aspect and regard!
