I hired Chris Doscotch in 2013 to represent me in a personal injury lawsuit because he specializes in this type of case and he was enthusiastic and told me all the right things to sign a contract with him. But, even after several phone calls & emails in almost a year to discuss my case with him......he has repeatedly refused to meet with me about my case so I have never met with him. I was scheduled for a deposition & insisted that I meet with him prior to it since I didn't have any knowledge of what to say or do for this process so his office told me to just show up 15 minutes early instead of meeting with me. I told his office I wanted at least 1-1/2 hrs with my Attorney that I was paying to represent me and so he dropped me as a client. Very poor representation......I would advise everyone to look elsewhere for a reputable Attorney that puts your best interests over his own and will work hard to ensure that you get compensated accordingly for all current/future disabilities.
