Lacking basic legal knowledge, like the way to answer interrogatories and request for documents, what constitutes hearsay, etc. Sometimes neglecting to take action on time sensitive issues. Also lacking the most important quality of a lawyer, which is to work (and even fight) for the best interests of her client. This is the most stunning, that she'll constantly take the side of the other party, and you'll find yourself in the weird situation of trying to convince your own lawyer that you actually have rights too. An exhausting place to be, when you're already in big distress. Hiring her was a mistake that cost me not only money, but also the outcomes for my case that will last for years to come.
