Horrible attorney, no communication. My bankruptcy case was dismissed 3 times because of his errors. He should not be practicing law!!!

Bottom line is that I had a really hard time contacting R. Bruce and he was very good at making think we are "good'.
I had two different Chapter 13 experiences. I was probably at fault a little. I didn't ask the right questions. I thought that you had to have a court date to figure out what you owed, well not true. I got behind. Dismissed........
I put in my calendar the day of a meeting, I thought it was a Thursday, well it was Tuesday.
So I emailed him on Wed. and asked what I needed for Thurs. He said "well, the meeting was yesterday" How the heck do you not atleast call me? How do you not call when you don't see me at the meeting? How do you not call immediately after leaving and say "WTF"?
So another Dismissal!!!!
So, I called him, left emails etc......No response.
I get the fact that I might have contributed to this mess. However, not to respond, not to communicate, not to man up? His integrity and morals are in question.
I can NOT recommend him! Sorry

Took my $2000 May 2013 for lawsuit, Was dismissed on Dec 2013 and then said it is now in arbitration instead since then to July 2015, 19 months, but has now stopped all communication with me. Called arbitrators and they said nothing was ever filed. Now he won't answer any of my emails for the last 2 months or phone calls to his office. Totally ignoring me. Won't say if he's working on case or not. Won't give me my file for another attorney either to take over. Filed complaint with Attorney Grievance Commission.

Horrible, never follows though , takes your money and leaves you hanging ,,and doesn't refund any monies back ..I would stay away from this man ...Phony He should be barred ... :(

took my 1200 dollars said he would represent me for my bankrupcy case. case dismissed wont return my phone calls or gimme any of the 1200 back. no communication over the 8 months he "worked" for me.
