Mr. Bankowitz took my divorce case. He never filed anything other than my initial divorce filings. No motions. He told me he had filed a motion to compel on on my spouse but never did. When I threatened to fire him, he said that he would then be the lawyer I thought he was. Billed me for arguing with him. Billed me for trying to call me after he was fired. Finally made a motion after he was fired and tried to charge me for it. Billed me for texting me while he was at another trial. Just wanted more money and threatened to sue me, but never did. He forgot to tell me when I had a court date when he was still my attorney. Communication on his part, and his paralegal, is atrocious.

Took my money to represent my son and did not even even file a single paper work to take over my son case, he did not go to court, he lied that he was waiting on judge but when I contacted the court they said he has not came in to file any paper to take the case, Mr. Bankowitz told my son to keep hiding from the pilice until the he heard from the judge knowing that he did not even contacted the judge, now because of Mr. Bankowitz action my son is in jail for contempt of court, and Mr. Bankowitz refuse to refund all my my money, he never call or answer is phone after he received my money, only response we got from him was before he took my money, Mr. Bankowitz is a thief and a big liar, shame on him, he needs to pay me my balance of $250 that he owe to me.

I don't care for frank because he was going to do a case for me, and he never called me back, i was going to have a law suit agents Titusville police and frank said i had a great case and he would do it for me and he never calle me after that, so i called him and he still never called me back. But he sure calls when he wants money. That's not a good lawyer.
