My experience with Church, Church,Hittle and Antrim (Leslie Craig Henderzahs) was devastating to my case. Ms.Henderzahs is a partner and to my own detriment, trust in her was grossly misplaced. Upon hiring Ms. Henderzahs I was met with little response to my communication, failure to file necessary paperwork with the court, inadequate & unresolved negotiations with opposing counsel and failure to accomplish agenda set forth. I terminated her services but not before irreparable damage to my case. I urge anyone in a vulnerable state to interview other attorneys and to trust your instincts, not their words. I could not have hired another attorney to harm my case anymore than my outcome with Ms. Henderzahs. In fact, I believe I could have saved $12k and done the same work for myself in the 60 days she was under under contract with me. I would have had nevessary papers filed and possibly saved my case from the outcome it has become.
