Spends more time on her daughter in juvenile court and was punished by the TN Supreme Court for ripping off a client. She will yell and scream at you if you dare suggest questioning her on anything. Stay clear - she is all caught up in juvenile court and has a very bad reputation with local and appeals judges who will find any excuse to rule against her.

Prior to hiring Ms. Reguli, we hired 2 other attorneys. The cost in $ to us $12,000 and $35,000 respectively. The case was an allegation of neglect by TN DCS which resulted from us following the law & reporting EYE WITNESSED (3 witnesses)child on child abuse. DCS refused 2 interview witnesses & withheld exculpatory evidence & instead alleged neglect against us for making "forcing child to confess". For 3 years the other 2 attorneys were completely ineffective, simply took our money. We hired Connie in late Oct 2014. The case was dismissed after 2 quick hearings & the cost was about $8k. Had we gone to Connie in the beginning, we would have spared our family a lot of grief, hurt & a lot of money. She is a QUALITY LAWYER that is worth the money. Connie was caring and effective, & kept us informed & prepared! The Gladiator, as we affectionately call her is a true warrior for families that find themselves wrongfully accused by TN DCS.
