After a year of inactivity and lack of communication, I feel very fortunate to have demanded my retainer back and actually received it after many phone calls and demands. And now to learn that he is suspended and arrested...well, karma is definitely in play

Andy Allman's unmerited behavior while dealing with my case is unaccusable! The misrepresentation is unethical, deplorable, and a disgrace to the legal profession. I paid him $4500 to be scam by him. I concur with the majority of the comments made. Everything that has happened to you, it has happened identically to me.

He tuck $4500 from me, never return calls and emails, his paralegal Nicole Vogeler is the same. Don't trust them.

Mr Allman took $5000 in advance from me. He did file my lawsuit, but not for the reason I claimed,I met with him twice, once to pay him and once before I was seposed. He was suppose to come to my deposition, instead he sent an attorney,I guess, whom I had never met. After that, neither he or his legal aide would respond. I called and e-mailed. I wish he would go to jail, but at best, loose his license to steal from others in the future. I was stupid, and didn't get a retainer agreement, or contract, when I paid the 5000. The Board of professional responsibility act like his defense attorneys. They aren't much help. I thought I knew Mr. Allman, and I could trust him, don't make the same mistake. I hope he looses his law license. At this time, it is only a temporary suspension and I hope it becomes permanent at least. I know my money is gone. I wondered why there were so many lawyer jokes, now I know. It is a business that requires much trust, Mr. Allman is very untrustworthy, beware!

Mr. Allman was my attorney in a state lawsuilt which consume my like only to learn i was taken by my own attorney. I suggest if you are looking for an attorney please do your own homework before you hired one or you might get the same results "Burnt". This has been the worst experience I've ever had to endure along with hundreds of other clients who was taken advantage of (according to his own associates).

I saw all of this online. I was never notified that this was going on and called him "inquiring". I was told that his associate was going to handle my case and would meet to discuss the next week. That was 6 weeks ago. Have not been able to get ahold of him and we have never met to discuss. Guess I need to get my thousands back as well.

Will never recommend him to no one. He continued to lie and say that he was filing paper work for me. Andy never filed nothing he took thousands of dollars from you. This is an outrage for a lawyer to do this. I spoke with him after seen him on TV suspended and he said there was other lawyers in the firm that could handle my case. Andy told me that he was going to file the papers and he would send me a email never nothing.
