I called Mr. Daniel J. Buckley at Vorys, Sater, Seymour, after having bad experiences with attorneys in the past regarding a Trust. The Executor refused to assist or even give me documents for years. I called several attorneys around town, and after reviewing the Vorys website I called the firm. Mr. Buckley met me the next day on a Saturday morning. He listened to me, and empathized with my concerns. He was not just an attorney, he was a real person that understood. After 5 years, of trying to work with the Trustee, he was resistant to offer any assistance or info to me in spite of the will. The hard work, diligence and human aspect of this firm have given me peace at last. Mr. Buckley's colleague, Elizabeth (Beth ) E. W. Weinewuth, is an asset by staying on the Trustee to give me the documents I was asking for, and now the Trustee is eager to concede on the matter. Thank you so much Mr. Buckley and Beth for being a blessing in my life, and working so hard on my behalf.
