If you look up words such as “unethical, immoral, deceptive, corrupt and criminal”, then I don’t have to say anymore about this disgrace of an attorney....who, in actuality, challenged my disabled friend to a fight on the court house steps of the Bruce Thompson building. Need I say anymore?

After intial meeting in which he stated we had a very strong case, we paid his retainer and did not hear from him. He did not ask for any documentation until 1 week from a federal arbitration. Apparently he did not read it, because the defense found something that killed the case. After the fact was brought up by the opposition Mr. Dickerson said the case was hopeless and pretty much quit trying to argue the case. My husband had to work hard to negotiate a settlement that at least paid Mr. Dickerson. We ended up with less than the company originally offered and Mr. Dickenson got 4 times that amount. After we repay the money borrowed for the retainer (because Mr. Dickerson said that it was a good investment and that we woud get back that amount plus plenty more), we are actually in the hole. I DO NOT recommend him.

Wrongful Termination vs State of Nevada. Dickerson collects a hefty retainer, but will not tell you that your chance of winning is only about 10%. He does not fight for his clients due process rights, and he seldom returns calls or emails. I do not recommend him.
