Initially Mr. Means was very helpful and punctual. As time wore on, the only communication I received in a reasonable amount of time was his monthly invoice. I left increasingly frantic messages every few days after the judge's deadline to get back to me and received no communication for weeks despite the fact that my life was hinging on this court decision. Mr. Means has a pretty good head on his shoulders, but fails to treat his clients with any form of respect. I am very disappointed with my experience, and I have still not received the updated orders in my case (decision due 12 days ago).
