I hired Jane and paid her over $2000 to fight my Ex with child support. Jane dropped the ball. I never recieved anything. No court date. Nothing I asked for...absolutley NOTHING! He bill was to become his. Nothing happend. He owed me $6000 for braves...again nothing.She has continued to send me an additional bill for $2000...for NOTHING. I have been fighting my bill for the last 6 years. I paid her more than she deserved as is. I have decided to file a Bar complaint to resolve this. If anything she owes me my $2000 back. DO NOT HIRE HER. You'll be better off flushing your money. Good luck!

Jane is a terrible lawyer she actually really got me locked into a horrible parenting plan and ignored evidence that my ex was abusing me and the kids. She took my evidence of a recording and kept it and never could locate it to return it to me. She basically lost evidence. She is crooked and more interested in making partner than in the lives of your family and children. I am now forced to make my children go see their dad every other weekend even though they cry and tell me he physically hurts them or calls them names. they are forced to be driven for 250 miles every other weekend. She is an AWFUL LAWYER. HORRIBLE.

Very Dishonest Lawyer. I have witnessed her misrepresent facts, fabricate evidence and deceive the court repeatedly. She appears to have no problem lying if it advances her interests. In my honest opinion, I think she is one of the worst lawyers to enter the legal profession. Only Jane and her firm would feel comfortable representing organizations with a history of child sexual molestation. Even these clients are suing Paine Hamblin.

Jane Brown is an attorney without any regard for children of divorce or the Child Support Law. Because of a nasty domestic situation I left my husband who begged me not to "get him" for child support even though he made 58k & I made half that. Because my ex intimidated me and I didn't have an attorney, I agreed. Jane ignored the Child Support Law and placed a non support order against my child so the father wouldn't have to pay. So because of her, my child only gets the bare minimum & has been for 5 years. I even emailed her & asked her to reverse what she did & she said (even though my ex is no longer her client) it was a conflict of interest. That statement came as a shock to me because even before the divorce papers were filed I went to court to file a restraining order against my ex. Because he already had retained her she was called in. We met& I told her what I needed & she was the one who helped me file the order. Now that's conflict of interest. Stay away from her! No morals!
