He was court-appointed to represent my interests in return of my children after they had been taken by DSS - Rowan. I had physical custody,granted by Cabarrus Court. The children were visiting with their Mom at her uncle's house in Cabarrus County. DSS - Rowan reps drove from Salisbury NC over the county line into Cabarrus County without consulting with DSS-Cabarrus. In Cabarrus County they represented themselves as having legal authorization to take my two young boys, screaming from their Mom. They had them remove their clothing before they took them. They said they had been abused. However nothing showed up on pictures. At court I questioned Judge Charlie Brown of Rowan as to how this was not kidnapping? Kidnapping being the illegal taking of anyone under false pretentious without their (of custodian's) approval. My question went ignored and my attorney failed to pursue this. After 2 yrs, Charlie Brown, removed my parental rights when my County was declared State of Emer.

He was slow and disinterested in my case. He wouldn`t contact me if I didn`t contact him. He prolonged my divorce.
