Be careful taking her as a Guardian Ad Litem...she favors the mother and the status quo, even overlooking child abuse to maintain the status quo. She doesn't have the children's best interest at heart, even to the point of lying about and ignoring the children's wishes. She likes to drag out cases, so that she can bill more hours, and make more money. She's the second GAL I've experienced, and just as bad if not worse than the first one. If your attorney recommends her to ask the court for appointment, say NO!
