He serves on the notoriously corrupt Texas Judicial Conduct Commission. He participated in the dishonest whitewash of the Judge William Adams corruption. Judge William Adams attacked a mother and her lawyer for believing a child. Judge Adams held it was frivolous to believe the child. The child was honest according to both parents. The child gave many details and many details were confirmed by third party witnesses and in other ways. A child psychologist interviewed the child and found him credible. There was no contrary evidence other than general denials of the child abusers themselves. That was a fraudulent fabricated proposition of law. Judge Adams was covering up child abuse. It was later learned one of the child abusers was his personal lawyer and friend. Also, Judge Adams held it was irrelevant that a primary child care provider was homicidal, etc. Tom Cunning ham wrote an ethics opinion not only ignoring this but dishonestly stating that Judge Adams makes reasoned decisions.
