MR Pete Summerfield is the poorest attorney I have even hired. His lack of knowledge has cost me dearly. I would NOT reccommend him at all. Go get yourself someone who is a completely capabable attorney! His firm is always in trouble. He has a partner Dunkin Keir who is dangerously incompetent as well. I promise you, you will be sorry if you use these two. There are so many attorneys out there, get one who really cares. Pete Summerfield spends most of his time in Florida and assigns everything out to Dunkin, the underling who knows NOTHING about law. Its a pitiful situation. I hope this helps you to find the right, competent attorney. Pay a little more, get a LOT less upset and damages in the end. Good luck to you, I hope I have helped to prevent you from making a terrible mistake. I'm not bitter, I'm angry from being MISREPRESENTED and having grave consequences and being forced to pay on top of it.
