I worked with multiple lawyers for Civil Litigations cases and dealing with D.Brooker it was wasting my time and money. He has done NOTHING for case except filling his bank account. Very pleasant first impression and then you are witnessing his inability even to review/understand the case for what he already got money. Stay away from this person, he is not respected even bu his peers.

My personal experience is the same as others. Liar! Doesn't care about you case and delays hearing indefinitely just trying to get from you all money that you have. It was very simple case related to Litigation and after 1 year without any result I did fire him and case has been closed within few weeks, The most disgusting fact that absolutely simple winning case he intentionally turned to lost case. Another lawyer was shocked reading my case and close it in my favour getting compensation to me from the other party. It was the most disgusting experience realizing that he lies to you even when it is not required. Do NOT use his services without getting the real references from the real clients (not his family).

He lied to me about cost and outcome and at the end I had to fire him to prevent further damage.
I did receive the 2nd opinion from his colleagues about my case and they told me "you are not the first person complaining about him, just fire him". Another lawyer closed my case in few days compare with brooker who delayed it intentionally for almost 1 year. Having deal with him and seeing his attitude I was not surprised filling “firing papers” and learning from the court office that he actually never registered himself as a lawyer on my case despite the fact that he charged me for registration fee.

Never use David Brooker ! He did absolutely nothing for us except lie about what he could do, drag out the proceedings for no reason other then to hope to get more money for the mess he was creating.Cost us thousands of dollars even after he was fired by us just to try and undo the damage he did to are very winable case.

Never ever have a deal with this lawyer. This person lies to the client and in the court office. The only what he is interested is to get his money - he intentianally delays your case as long as possible to get more and more money, lies to you about the outcome, lies about his fees and not interested in your caee at all.
