Heather will suck your retainer dry within weeks and do little work to show for it. Then send you several bills saying you owe her thousands of dollars, and gets nothing done for you. She should be disbarred.

Heather Zana assured me that my Alimony payments would continue even if I got re married I did remarry. However they do not continue because of the way she worded in my Decree. It should have been stated a LUMP SUM PAYABLE over 10 years not FOR 10 years. I am going to sue her for the money I should have gotten and because of her malpractice I won't get that money that I should have gotten after 23 years of Marriage. I never would have gotten remarried if I knew that payments would stop.
