Summary;
Feb 16- 1st mtg with Spencer. I told him we needed Trust done by May 1; He promised trust doc in 2 wks. In addition, he promised witnesses and notary required to sign the documents. He'd file them. I said do it. I give him 50% fee up front. Mar 2- I emailed him some requested info-my delay.
Mar 3- I emailed (EM) him requesting docs.
Mar 18-I EM him added questions for him. Mar 21- , I EM him again with specific questions and asking for draft docs. Mar 25- Spencer promised draft docs "tomorrow." Mar 29- I EM asking for draft docs. April 5 – I EM asked for docs and reminding him of schedule.
April 9- Spencer EM me a draft trust document. April 6- I EM him several questions. April 11 - I EM him questions reminded him and of upcoming departure! Next 2 weeks-- I made many unanswered phone calls to him!
May 2- I EM him telling him our departure was delayed to May 12 and we could still get the trust completed.
NEVER HEARD AGAIN FROM HIM. HE COMPLETED NOTHING CONTRACTED
