UNPREPARED and my children did not receive the support that was due to them at the time I worked for the school district and they certainly did not pay very much,I was practically left to take care of my children with very little. support. from my abusive ex husband, BUT LITA MADE SURE I PAID BEFORE SHE TOOK THE CASE AND IN MY OPINION SHE WAS HAVING HER OWN PROBLEMS SO THE HELL WITH HER CLIENTS. SHE IS AWFUL

She has here office staff call and tell you (after a consult)that she happened upon a loophole and just needs you to come back in quickly and bring her money so she can get things filed before the fictious deadline - Once she has your money to pay her bills she does nothing for your case. I felt like she reached into my pocket and stole $3,000 from me - actually she did. She called me repeatedly to tell me she found a loophole and needed to file an immediate answer but needed a retainer first to do so. Once she got the money she NEVER did anything after that except try to get more money and when that did not work - SHE WITHDREW FROM THE CASE!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GET A REAL LAWYER!
