You would get better results from a public defender! Save yourself money and many headaches and find an attorney who looks out for his client's well being and not trying to line his pocket with minimal effort and I mean minimal. Very disappointing!

Secare conned me out of a good legal defense. Secare had me cooperate with the police before he even got any of the discovery. Not a good strategy, period. In fact, Secare did NOT get any of the discovery (save the initial police report) because he felt "it was not important." When I met with the police, Secare had a private lengthy discussion with them. Any good attorney would have his client present when they meet with the police, of course, I didn't know better. Secare promised me anything I said was immune. He coerced me into self-incriminating myself, and later, into giving a voluntary statement that, in fact, was not immune. The worst part, Secare accepted a plea bargain without even contacting me when I specifically had instructed him to take it to trial. He then refused to retract the plea bargain. He also lied under Oath which I have a court transcript of. Oh, so many more wrongs, out of room. Do yourself a favor. DO NOT HIRE SECARE! Avoid this unethical law firm.
