SPITZ Law refuses to provide a itemized invoice of service species and receipt for the $15028 check CVS HEALTH PHARMACY sent them illegally pretending Spitz Law is a vendor or customer of theirs with actually no direct obligation to them at all - their imaginary legal fee indebtedness assertion. Spitz Law lied claiming a attorney lien on my EEOC SETTLEMENT 532-2022-02705. The ad o called lien does not exist on the face of the he earth and they never contributed to nor have any legal binding settlement agreement for. I paid for their services never rendered. I would avoid these people at all cost, their lawyers Katie Epperson
Associate Attorney and Matthew G. Bruce are the worst lawyers you can work with, they treat you like crap call you liar, they over reach and embellish your case, never called one witness you provide and called the people you have a grievance with for testimony wasting thousand of $$ , no communication from them in 2 years, suddenly a settlement and then threaten you with a suit if you don't take it

Did not have him personally as a lawyer but my sister in law did and he made a very bad situation even worse regarding her case. The bad thing is she totally trusted him and his so called legal advice. She is still screwed years later and will never get her name or personal info off the internet because he gave her case to the media and did press releases on the case I am assuming to promote himself and his firm. Definetely was out for himself and did not think how this unnecessary publicity would affect the case and ultimately this person’s life.

I HAD 4 ATTORNEYS ON MY CASE AND NO ONE KNEW ANYTHING ABOUT IT. WHEN DEPOSITIONS WHERE GIVEN ATTORNEY HAD KNOW KNOWLEDGE OF THE QUESTIONS HE WAS ASKING. IF YOU WANT A SETTLEMENT THAT IS WHAT THE DO PLEA DEAL THEY DO NOT WANT TO GO TO TRIAL TOO SCARY FOR THEM. THEY JUST WANT TO GET AS MANY PEOPLE SIGN WITH THEIR FIRM ANND AGREE TO SMALL SETTLEMENTS. I ASKED MANY TIMES HOW MANY CASES THEY ACTUALLY TOOK TO TRIAL. THEY COULD NEVER ANSWER THAT QUESTIONS. IN FACT I THINK THEY ARE FRIENDS WITH BIG EMPLOYERS IN OUR AREA AND TAKING THOUSANDS OF CASES AND GETTING SMALLER SETTLEMENTS IS THERE COMMON PRACTICE. NO BALLS BRIAN!!!

They took a case that no other Attorneys would take because of the previous legal missteps. Brian and Chris just settled one portion of my case quite amicably. They are quite tenacious and extraordinarily creative in now pursuing the second issue. Amen!

IF YOU SIGN THIS, WHAT HE WILL FAIL TO TELL YOU, IS BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT, YOU ARE GIVING HIM 100 PERCENT AUTHORITY TO SETTLE YOUR CASE WITHOUT YOUR INPUTIME, WHATSOEVER. IN OHIO IF YOU SIGN THIS "SETTLEMENT AUTHORITY" AND BRIAN SPITZ NOTIFIES THE COURT YOU (BECAUSE YOU GAVE THEM WRITTEN PERMISSION)HAVE AGREED TO SETTLE YOUR CASE FOR X AMT OF MONEY. I wish I would have seen these ratings first instead of the B.S. on the Internet. Very arrogant attorneys that I feel sold me out in an Employment issue. They made me feel like I was begging them to help me out in this matter.

I wish I would have checked out his poor ratings on this site before I hired him. When the "other sides" attorney asked for documents to prove "our" case, it would have been a good idea to send them, don't you think ???? To make matters worse, he Threw us Under the Bus to cover his incompetence. Wrong on so many Levels.

Worse mistake I ever made when I found and selected this person from the web. Strung me along for over 3 years; I had to send same documents numerous times; wouldn't hear anything for months until I initiated conversation. Bad.....Bad....Bad
