Worst attorney I ever hired. Paid in full for a parole hearing review to a family member. They told me time was of the essence. So I paid them $2500 immediately, in full. They gave me a receipt that said paid $2500 "retainer". I guess they specifically put to "retainer" so they can keep the money without doing anything. They didn't get anything started until after his case was already in the review process. I paid them in November & they didn't do anything until March. They never informed me that the parole hearing already in review. I feel they foiled the chance for a fair review hearing. They only returned a phone call once out of more than fifteen request. I called & asked them for a refund knowing that they did not spend more than an hour on what they had done. They said they will have someone contact me. Still waiting. I'm out $2500 & my family member lost a chance at a fair review hearing. I feel very taken advantage of.

Never saw this lawyer not even one time.but that's ok . The state bar is investigating this invisible lawyer.His assitants give you the runaround .Dont even care about your deadline on paperwork.They lie about you.

This has been one of my worst experiences. We paid in full for this attorney to work on our case. This was back in April. We have spent countless hours on the phone trying to get some results. All we ever got was, "Mr Rodriguez is out of the office" "We don't know when he'll be back. Always had an excuse for not having any results. Now July, we get a generic print out of what he "negotiated" with the other party, & guess what? There is not ONE item we discussed. Although the other party gets off pretty good in the deal. If you have the time to look for another attorney, we would highly recommend you do so. His office staff or assistants are as unprofessional as he.

The worst lawyer in the world, your case will take years.You will never talk to him only to his paralegal and they take your money. so he can work for the opponent side you get nothing very very frustrating and ridiculous.

Very Worst Lawyer I had to deal with, I filed divorce February 2012 due to abandonment. I talked to them and they informed me that Texas divorce takes 4 months to which i was very happy to hear. I paid them full 1st week August 2012. They informed me that since I paid on full all my divorce papers needed was a signature from the Judge. It is now October- 9 months and still have not received my Divorce decree! This is very ridiculous and frustrating! My friend recommended this Law firm to me because she said they worked fast although she had to call them everyday and her divorce took 4 months and she lives in San Antonio,TX where the office is so she goes to their office constantly (maybe thats why!) - now why is mine taking so very long!! because I am in Houston, TX??? Waiting on a signature???are you serious, how long does that take? To you all looking for a divorce lawyer- Find a different Lawyer- save yourself the stress you would have to deal with

Ross Rodriguez proceeded to file a motion against my ex husband without ever even meeting with me! I met with his paralegal & explained to her what a difficult situation I was facing & she took $5,000 from me then HE proceeded with the case without ever even meeting with me! He went forward in exactly the opposite way I had discussed with his secretary that I wanted to handle things. His actions caused an additional 8 months of estrangement between me & my children. I never, ever even met with the man. I believe what he did should be illegal - or at least a valid case for a malpractice suit. When my credit card company asked his office for proof that I'd agreed my money was non refundable, they falsified the documents; adding my signature to a page that I had not signed. What Mr. Rodriguez did was dirty & unethical. He caused me nothing but heartache & grief (also a giant waste of $5,000).

Paying him to be on the opponent side. You will not get ANYTHING on your favor. Will not let you know where you're standing or what direction you are going with results, if any.
