He has been brought up before the State of CT Bar Association twice. Once for taking money out of the fees paid when he was the Probate Judge of East Haddam & another time for causing a client to lose $20K by not filing legal paperwork required. Paul sues irs everyone he can to make a living, making up stories that costs the defendants a lot of money over things they did not do & costing Paul nothing because he was a lawyer. Paul has lost numerous jobs over the past 10 years that I've looked into before considering hiring him (I am glad I did or I would have been another Buhl causality). He even tried to work as a realtor in East Hampton CT but that career was extremely short lived as evidenced that his house is again in foreclosure. Speaking with people on town he is well known to being ruthless, mentally unstable and having substance abuse problems. I could not find if he had ever sought help for this issues. Not a good attorney, realtor, probate judge, or person. Google him and see!
