Donald Kilmer was terrible. He assured me we would go to trial He won my confidence and in the end after a year he threatens if I dont settle out of court he and Vanessa Zechler would go before a Judge and use disability of clinical depression and high blood pressure against me He charged me for the motion and declared it would be another 3 months before I could settle this matter I couldnt go on any longer couldnt borrow anymore Visas I didnt get justice I was betrayed WHY? Money he wanted a lien of $100,000 against my home Trial was less than 2 weeks away I was told by the arbitrator if I didnt pay Don the rest of what was owed he couldnt take me to trial
I was deeded out of my house after 3 month marriage (why I was going for divorce) to my home was fraudulently written is now going before the DA office for fraud
After paying $8,000 to Don and $19,000 to Vanessa in the firm. Witness's he ended up not using after costing $3,000
He betrayed me
