This guy was quite gregarious and outgoing unfortunately and sadly he was suspended. Over 300,000 was missing from his client escrow account and was used to give a 1 year loan to a company. He was supposed to use the money to pay off a homeowners mortgage as part of a refinance. He was also charged with writing bad checks, a felony.
