Took my retainer then put everything on hold (indefinitely). Wouldn't respond to emails or phone calls. Constantly said would do something on my case, then wouldn't do it despite repeated requests. Waited three weeks to give me multi-page questionnaire from opposing lawyer, giving me only days to complete it. Wouldn't file discovery papers on opposition. Wouldn't set up Mediation. Finally gave up on him and retained and paid another lawyer to pick up the pieces. Buyer Beware!
