I chose Nan Joseph to represent me in a high conflict divorce after consulting other attorneys in the area. Several of these had remarked that the opposing counsel in this case was considered “difficult” to deal with, and that I would need someone very good on my side. Nan was recommended as being well grounded and having a tremendous amount of experience and local savvy.
She shepherded me through the entire process, from answering the original complaint, through discovery, mediation, and ultimately several days of trial. It was a long fight but, in the end, the judge’s ruling seemed fair, and was much closer to what we were asking than what my (now) ex- was asking.
Nan and her staff were friendly and caring, and made me feel like I was in good hands during one of the most difficult times of my life. I recommend Nan Joseph and her services highly.

You can't go wrong with Nan Joseph. She is in Leesburg and is absolutely top-notch.
Her knowledge of case law AND the idiosyncrasies of the Loudoun Judges is outstanding.
I personally have used her and I was very pleased with the outcome.
I referred her to a co-worker. He subsequently told me that her reputation alone got results. Once he
hired her, his x wife's attorney wanted to negotiate a settlement out of court.
He was very pleased.

In a divorce case, you disclose to her the value of the family assets to be divided. The only thing Nan Joseph cares for is to drag the procedures as long as she can, to spent your equity and every dime you have. Pure, unscrupulous greed, without any concern for the client's interests or emotional suffering!!!
