I have had the same experience at the previous reviewer. Unresponsive, nothing completed on time, errors that needed to be pointed out repeatedly in paperwork provided by her paralegal. Over 10 months into a divorce proceeding that should have been settled 8 months ago.

Truly a bad lawyer in all regards. Focus was certainly on charging for ever piece of paper used, fax, and emails sent rather than legal work. Client had to point out calculation errors in multiple worksheets the lawyer prepared. In the end, Ann was completely unprepared to represent case and just gave up the morning of court. Client had to overturn agreement Ann made with judge and apposing attorney the morning of the case that was in direct contradiction to what we'd spent months preparing to combat. When pushed to present case, she proved to be totally unprepared and unable to present basic legal matters in a custody case. I wouldn't trust this lawyer or this firm to represent you in any legal matter. I found the firm to be extremely generous and liberal in its billing practices and down right a rip off when in comes to finally doing the job on court date. An appalling lack of ability, expertise and preparation. A disservice to this community.
