USCIS made multiple mistakes on my wife's immigration. After over ten years of unsuccessfully attempting to resolve the problem ourselves we sought the help of a congressman. Unfortunately, even with the help of a congressional aid, we were unable to resolve the issue. Finally we contacted Ms. Wong's office and asked for help. We were nervous because we had never dealt with a lawyer before. Ms. Wong and her incredible team took time to listen carefully to our problem and worked tirelessly to resolve it. She and her team always treated us with respect and took our questions and concerns seriously. It was obvious, from our first interaction with Ms. Wong, that she and her associates genuinely care about their clients and are passionate about the work they do. Within a few months of contacting her, she and her team finally helped my wife get her Green Card. Thanks to Ms. Wong, my family has been reunited and the immigration nightmare is over.

Terrible experience! I give 1 star because there's no way to give it 0. I went to her because I heard some advertising. She offered me a solution that was the worst I could have ever done. Though I wasn't feeling completely confident with the solution she offered, I fell for all she said and gave her $1,500 to start my process. She said I needed the FOIA report and filled out the form. One day later, I changed my mind and told her I didn't want to do it that way (which was to enter in a deportation process and then ask for a pardon to get a legal status while the government approved the immigration reform) she said that it was ok, I asked her for a refund of my $$ and she told me that my money (ALL MY $1,500) had gone towards the FOIA report andI couldn't get it back! This report NEVER came! She didn't submit it. She called me months later saying they had just sent it and it would take a couple of months. Never went back. All I can recommend to people is to stay away from her!!

I was referred to Margaret Wong by a friend who said she was the very best. I have to say he was absolutely right! Since the moment I walked in to the firm I felt as if a huge wheight lifted off my shoulders. That day I met with her, she was firm and very knowledgable. She laid out his plan and I was very impressed. Everyone there are very knowledgable, organized, and compassionate. They know exactly what to do and will defend you with all they've got!! She answer all my questions/emails within a matter of minutes and really gives me peace of mind. I highly recommend this attorney. I am now in school pursuing a degree in communications, and it is all because of her help!

She told me, "No problem, this is a simple case, I'll have you in within a couple of weeks. Don't worry." Everything was done by inept paralegals who made many blatant mistakes.
$5,000 and two denied visa applications later, she said she would call and work on appealing my application. But not to worry, if they denied it, she said I could "marry my US girlfriend and file a spousal visa."
I finally got her on the phone. "Oh sorry, did nobody get back to you? Yes, well, I talked to them, and they didn't seem to think it would go through, so I don't really see a way of this working out. Sorry. Maybe you should talk to a different lawyer, you might have better luck with them."
Another immigration lawyer looked at her work, called it "shoddy" and said that BOTH visa applications she had me attempt were not correct for me. They also said that the advice Ms. Wong had given me about using a spousal visa was ethically wrong and would likely had me being charged with fraud.
