The firm has very good service and very good prices. I know they have expanded recently and are used by many condo and co-op purchasers/sellers and banks. Also, many celebrities use the firm. Jon told one of past employees made some negative posts against him so I wanted to set the record straight. Great firm--great price!

This lawyer allegedly put an airtight mortgage contingency in my contract. When the mortgage was not issued due to my still pending divorce, they lost me $10,000 of my down payment. No tenacity when I asked them to fight fir my money. They kept wanting me to concede.

This law firm represented me for my closing. This is the lousiest real estate law firm you can ever get. If you have to pay a little more find another attorney. I had to wait another month and a half to have the closing done. This because they didn't have all the documents in time ( title,co,etc). I called many times and no one returned my calls. They didn't treat me as a client with courtesy and professionalism. Their lack of knowledge, communication, and professionalism resulted in extra cost for my rate that I had to extend and my living expenses at the current place. I paid another almost $3000 extra because of this firm. AVOID THEM.
