He is such a nice person, however, his skills as an atty is very poor. He was not at all prepared for court hearing and often tried to question me just prior to court wh only made my anxiety level higher. He was no match for a dirty, dishonest, aggressive atty without morals. He was the lousiest atty I have ever encountered in 55 yrs. Even if you do get a financial award, he will do absolutely nothing to file and complete the paper work. He even had the nerve to tell me after 10 mos of post divorce that most people do the filing themselves. I got no results, no response without applying pressure to him and I still haven't received a dime. Not worth the $1600 I pd him. Many, many regrets.
