I was unaware an attorney so blatantly manipulative and dishonest as Mrs Brandt actually existed. She lies about anything she can into something that helps her case and gives her client more power and control, regardless of ethics and morals. Not only did she take tremendous advantage of me as the defendant but she also manipulated my wife out of 10's of thousands. She should be disbarred and used as an example of what is wrong with family court. People like Mrs Brandt are directly harming the public. Extremely dishonest and non credible person. Do NOT hire her. Her conduct is criminal and she should be placed in from of a disciplinary commission if not jail. Unbelievably manipulative person.

Ms. Brandt and her staff are bad at math and spelling. They make errors all too often that you must compensate them for handsomely. Conflict resolution is NOT a strategy used in her practice or actions. If you want to spend a lot of money and get little satisfaction, Ms. Brandt is the one to hire. BEWARE - she will cause you greater heart ache than you can imagine. She does this to all her clients and I know three of them that feel similarly. AVOID retaining Ms. Brandt.

Retaining Shelley Brandt as my "legal counsel" was the worst mistake and biggest waste of money ever! She bled $20,000 out of me and then quite. She charged $50, $150 total, for three seperate emails asking her to please not send email correspondence to my work email. My divorce should have been simple as we didn't have that many assest or outstanding issues, yet after more than a year all that was being done was sending out strongly worded letters. She argues more with her clients than she does with opposing counsel. Don't make the same mistake I made and from reading the other comments others have made as well and have Shelley Brandt represent you. You will be sorry you did!
