I asked Paul Jarboe by an e-mail for an accounting of the attorney fees I paid and he did not respond. After the second time I asked by e-mail his reply was: "My work has been completed on this matter and my file is closed." I feel this is a violation of the Rules of Professional Conduct, Rule 1.15(d), Rule 3.4(a), and Rule 8.4(c) & (d); which would constitutes a Misconduct.
