Poor skills, did a very poor job at setting up and maintaining my bankruptcy. When I tried to get a hold of him, he was nowhere to be found. Did not return my calls or emails.

Don Bokovoy is handling our Bankruptcy in a very professional way and in our opinion has a very strong work ethic. I am disappointed with the individuals that blame him for a firm where he was an employee not a co-owner. Like I said Don has a strong work ethic and if I need him again, I will ask him to represent me.

Don Boxavoy in my rating is one of the best bankruptcy attorneys in the entire San Diego area some people complain of his work quality but Mr Boxavoy did not get you in the mess of money problems that you currently have so post your comments somewhere else and respect the man for the job he is doing and has done for the clients past present and the future and I can say I am proud of the job he has done for me. This lawyer (Don Bockvoy) has no sense of work ethic. I have reached out to him numerous times regarding my case, and he has made no righteous attempts to right his wrongs. In fact, he as left me and my family out in the cold to deal with my own case. His behavior should be classified as a crime for taking money from people and not providing a service they paid for. He's a white collar criminal!

I originally filed for a bankruptcy with Pacific Law Center in 2008. Don Bokovoy was the lawyer overseeing my case. Until recently I thought my case had been closed and all of my debts dismissed. I just found out that one of my creditors, a student loan for $70,000, was still fighting to prevent it from being discharged. I called PLC only to find out that they were out of business. I began researching my case online to find that Don Bokovoy has been filing paperwork and representing me for the past three years although he was not obligated to. I think people should take into account what happened and not pass judgement on someone for trying to help when they really didn't have to.

Too bad we can't give him even lower than a 1 maybe a -100. I have never gotten any response out of this lawyer that was the truth. He is one of the worst people you will ever meet. My car was paid off thru the trustee 2 months ago and the mailed the title to him and of course after REPEATED phone calls and e-mails no response. So today I get a DMV paper that says the legal owner is now Don Bokovoy and I am now just the registered owner!

BOKOVOY headed bankruptcy at Pacific Law Center. I am one of hundreds of clients who's unfinished case was abandoned by Bokovoy and PLC. He offered to take the case over through Golden State Law Group (in exchange for our dropping our State Board complaint) and then again dropped the ball, once again refusing to return phone calls and emails. Our case is now in danger of dismissal and we've had to spend another several thousand dollars to retain new counsel to fix BOKOVOY's MESS. Do your research on Bokovoy and Pacific Law Center before you given its newest incarnation any money.
