Ratings listed are fair and true. As heir to an estate without a will, we were assured Mr. Darling would be a good choice and being out of state we were at a disadvantage. Mr. Darling had zero contact with those of us who agreed on being represented by him. In three years, phone contact with him personally, was non existent. All information was handled by a paralegal. We again chose a lawyer, not a paralegal. Any questions we had were not answered in a timely manner. There were many suspect charges on the probate accountings. Our concern was treated like an imposition or lack of response. We payed exorbitant fees while not having any recourse but to speak to a paralegal. I would say to think twice before retaining this lawyer. You will be greatly disappointed.
