The only poor review posted on this website below and relating to me and my firm is: "The receptionist at the front desk has an attitude that she is doing you a favour (sic) by answering the telephone. Their perfomance (sic) is tardy to say the least." I HAVE NEVER received any complaints relating to our receptionist. She is an attractive married woman with a wonderful personality. Without the poster having given any further details of this encounter I can only assume she harshly rebuffed an improper attempt by this person to more than harmlessly flirt with her. I am also greatly disappointed this website would even publish such a vague irrelevant anonymous accusation, much less allow it to adversely reflect on our firms professional reputation of successfully representing our many clients for more than 50 years.

Before meeting Mr. Winningham, I had hired another immigration lawyer who had been working on my case for over two years. The procedure this lawyer began was full of defects and I ended with a deportation notice. My situation was very critical. One of my former students recommended me Mr. Vance Winningham. I talked to him and in less than one year my deportation notice was canceled and few months after I was receiving my green card in my mailbox!.
Mr. Winningham has always been very professional and knowledgeable. I cannot think of anyone better qualified to handle immigration issues. Surely, he is the best immigration lawyer that we have in this region. I cannot express how grateful I am for how diligently he has handled my immigration issues. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with similar problems.
