My fiance & I were both in a bind within months of each other & we hired Stevin for both of our cases. My fiance was originally facing 3 serious charges & had a lot of prison time hanging over his head. With Stevin by his side, 2 of the charges were dropped & he was given a much lesser sentence than originally depicted. As far as my case, I had cases in 2 different counties & 4 charges, 3 of which were felonies. I was also looking at doing some time, but Stevin definitely saved my life, LITERALLY. I didn't have to sit even one day in jail & I finished both of my cases felony free. I know if it weren't for Stevin, I wouldn't have been so fortunate. He is a very likable, caring guy & the first attorney I've ever heard of to hand out their cell phone number so you can reach them 24/7. I took advantage of Stevin's accessibility & he consoled me throughout my cases on nearly a daily basis, which is something he really didn't have to do. I couldn't have asked for anything more from Stevin.

Our experience with Stevin Groth was live changing. When we first contacted Stevin we were given his personal cell phone number and were able to directly contact him day or night. His knowledge of the Ohio judicial system was astounding. He personally knew all of the judges D.A.s and court personal. We saw him in action in front of the judge, were he was professional, decisive and extremely effective. We were able to walk our son away from a situation that could have ruined the rest of his life only because of Stevin's talent as a lawyer. I could not recommend him more highly.

Stevin Groth had been hired. After being hired he advised me to pay $2,000 for a P.I. Whom would investigate, interview witnesses, file a report and provide me with the findings. No investigation took place. No witnesses interviewed and to this day I have yet to see a report of the findings. In addition, trial day I sat in Hallway at the court house to fire Stevin and he advised me by doing so Judge would revoke my bond and I would sit in jail until the matter is settled. He did little to nothing to prepare a defense and I was left with no choice, but to take a Plea deal. Later I fired Stevin and I am requesting a refund as he put no effort in my case. Now he is saying I might not get a refund looking at all the hours spent on the case between him and the P.I. Even though the P.I. had a $2,000 Budget. Every time Stevin is caught in a lie he will explain that in the grand scheme of things im facing life in prison... blah blah blah. Horrible Service. questions? dial **PATROLS ON A MOBILE

stevin groth did not prepare me properly before my hearing. i was not told i would be asked by the judge to make a statement and was not prepared to make one. Afterwards stevin groth told me i shouldnt have said anything, something he failed to tell me before we went into court. it ultimately effected the judges decision and instead of recieving taking a class and not having anything on my record upon completion, the Judge ruled harshly against me because i mispoke in court being nervous and put on the spot i was not prepared for by stevin groth before we went into court. I was not told i was expected to speak nor what i should be prepared to say if asked. This is not abiding by ohio supreme court rules of zealously preparing a client for court.

My attorney will not return my calls in a timely manner if at all. He is not up to speed on the facts of the case and after approaching 2 months of being hired has done little to nothing to advance my case....was Very unprofessional in his dealings with me including hanging up on me becuase i callehim out on a lie...I am currently seeking an attorney that is a hard working professional that has paramount communication skills...IN my opinion Groth and Associates do not match what I seek despite assurring me otherwise prior to us hiring them for our case. I would not recommend them to anyone. I would acctually recommend that you find another firm to represent you. My expiernence and opinion of this person and his firm are rock bottom. My attorney lied to me and when i called him on it he responded by saying i don't have a transcript of that conversation, do you?.and as i pressed the issue as he attempted to speak over me(which i would not allow )and spin the conversation...he hungup
