Stevin Groth had been hired. After being hired he advised me to pay $2,000 for a P.I. Whom would investigate, interview witnesses, file a report and provide me with the findings. No investigation took place. No witnesses interviewed and to this day I have yet to see a report of the findings. In addition, trial day I sat in Hallway at the court house to fire Stevin and he advised me by doing so Judge would revoke my bond and I would sit in jail until the matter is settled. He did little to nothing to prepare a defense and I was left with no choice, but to take a Plea deal. Later I fired Stevin and I am requesting a refund as he put no effort in my case. Now he is saying I might not get a refund looking at all the hours spent on the case between him and the P.I. Even though the P.I. had a $2,000 Budget. Every time Stevin is caught in a lie he will explain that in the grand scheme of things im facing life in prison... blah blah blah. Horrible Service. questions? dial **PATROLS ON A MOBILE

stevin groth did not prepare me properly before my hearing. i was not told i would be asked by the judge to make a statement and was not prepared to make one. Afterwards stevin groth told me i shouldnt have said anything, something he failed to tell me before we went into court. it ultimately effected the judges decision and instead of recieving taking a class and not having anything on my record upon completion, the Judge ruled harshly against me because i mispoke in court being nervous and put on the spot i was not prepared for by stevin groth before we went into court. I was not told i was expected to speak nor what i should be prepared to say if asked. This is not abiding by ohio supreme court rules of zealously preparing a client for court.
