The probate of our father's will took 20 plus months to settle. This attorney could have guided the family to close the probate in just a few months. He doesn't seem to be able to make decisions without asking someone else what he should do, and even then he takes forever to get things done. Between he and the personal representative, they put a significant drain on the estate, and spent time unnecessarily protecting the personal representative. When all was said and done, our trust of him and the personal representative was completely gone. If you want to settle a probate, look somewhere besides this very poor performer.
