Scott Summers is a terrible attorney. He will take your money and do nothing. Then he will continue to bill you while doing nothing.. he had our case for over two years and not once interview our witnesses not did he complete a single deposition. He was given all of the supporting documents via the work that we had already done and yet accomplished nothing. He was paid over 12 thousand dollars and did nothing.
