Tamra Palmer robbed a family member's estate of literally millions of dollars. She helped an individual who was not listed as a beneficiary on the will steal and destroy the will - then unlawfully seized and SOLD 100k+ worth of assets that DID NOT belong to her and she had no legal right to sell. I reported her to the Denver Police and the FBI is next. To anyone who has been similarly hurt by her - I would love to start a class action or file joint RICO complaint against her . I am working hard to ensure she is criminally charged for her actions - and doing whatever I can to put her and her accomplices, including her daughter in prison. Tamra Palmer is a disgrace to the legal profession and must be stripped of her license before she steals from another victim and destroys their life.

My mom is involved in romance scams. As far as we know of, she has sent over $1.4 million dollars to these scammers. We filed a limited conservatorship to protect her from these scammers. I REPEAT..."PROTECT" her from these scammers. My mom hired Tamra as counsel and to fight the conservatorship. Tamra saw my mom as a cash cow instead of looking out for her best interest. She actually said in court,"IF SHE WANTS TO GIVE HER MONEY TO SCAMMERS SHE SHOULD BE ABLE TO". It's not just the money. My mom's emotional health and physical health has deteriorated since this started in 2014. Tamra doesn't care. She has broken up our very close-knit family by dangling false hopes of lifting the conservatorship. My mom won't even talk to us anymore. Tamra is no better than the scammers that took my mom's money. She exploits my mom just like the scammers do. If my mom dies alone in her room depressed and broken hearted, it will be because of Tamra's unethical and immoral practices.

Removed as a Public Administrator in Arapahoe County by the court. "Heirs cry Fowl" in the Denver Post. She does not have the clients best interest. She drained my family trust, sold all of our property cheap, evicted my brother made him homeless, forced my family onto food stamps and Medicaid into poverty. I would never recommend Tamra Palmer as an attorney for Probate.. Never!

She bleed my mother dry till the money was gone, over half a million, then wanted to place her in a home. She tried to limit or remove the MPOA so that she could accomplish this. In a three month period she spent 80,000 dollars of reverse mortgage and 45% of that was in legal and administrative fees.

Exhausted my mothers estate. Took conservatorship by pushed the family out by hiring a guardianship serves that blocked medical and durable POA in every move. The protected person tried even locking them out but was unsuccessful. Sucked the cash cow dry.
