Mr. Warder and his associates do a poor job of due diligence and upholding the terms of the contract signed. I hired Mr. Warder in June 2016 and have spoken to him personally twice. I have called multiple times and was told that I would receive a call back and never did. Mr. Warder promised that my charges would be reduced or dismissed and he didn't show up for court on my court date. I reached out to Mr. Warder to receive a refund and he refused, even though he didn't perform any of the services that he promised. I would not recommend Mr. Warder, he is only interested in your money and not helping his client.

Absolutely the most unprofessional group in Greenville! Do not deal with these clowns. No one knows what they are doing, especially the paralegal Tina. She lacks knowledge and concern, never returns calls. Good luck getting anything done with this group.Warder failed to show up to my husband's court date although he has received over $10k in payments. Horrible people!

I was in really deep**** once. I don't want to go into it but I was facing quite a lot of jail time. For something that seemed minor to everyone involved. But to the letter of the law I was screwed. I met with warder once during the consultation, and after that his team took care of everything else. And did they take care of it? Heck yes they did. They got all of my charges dropped, I did PTI, a little house arrest and my record was expunged. I was facing loosing my entire life and they saved me. I paid... like $6000 for my case I think. They broke it up into manageable payments which I've just recently paid off. I don't know how they compare to other offices as I've never needed one before them, but as far as I'm concerned these people saved my life.

I hired him because his name is so well known and his reputation is a "pitbull in the courtroom". The only time i ever talked to him was during my consultation and right before i walked into the courtroom. He charges way too much money. Im sorry if you are going to charge that much money at least act like you care about your client. When i finally got called up to see the judge warder was nowhere to be found. He told me to just go home when i called to see where he was. Apparently he couldn't find me, even though i was in the courtroom or in the hall right next to the doors, so he just left. Was very annoyed with how unprofessional he was and how much money i had to dish out. Never would i recommend him to anyone.

I hired him because my son had been arrested and they seized his vehicle (Central Police Department) and refued to release it, return any phone calls, or produce to us an inventory sheet stating the reason for the seizure. He was charged with - w.i.t.d. And w.i.t.d. near a park or school. Mr. Warder got that second charge dropped fast. He only had 2.5 grams of weed, in two seperate baggies. Mr. Warder saw our frustration and of course he got the vehicle released eventually - not his fault - just C.P.D. forgetting they are public servants. He suggested to my son P.T.I. which we agreed to but when my son got 60 work hours for what the evidence shows is a simple possession charge, he bailed on P.T.I. Mr. Warder knew from the beginning he wasn't pleading guilty to something he wasn't guilty of. So back in court Mr. Warder did get his first charge lowered to simple possession which is what he was quilty of. He did exactly what he said he would! I hope I don't have to use any Lawyers again!

I agree every case is different and a lawyer can not make what we did/did not do disappear. This man says give me money, and never not once did I get to sit down with him and go over my case and my side of the story before court. He came at me at court and said, here is what I could get you. Take this charge, pay your fines and be done...No fair. Not even a chance to fight it. You basically pay him to try and get a different charge, you will plead quilty and go. Some cases he can get you a different charge. A friend used him and GOT NOTHING but what he would have without a lawyer and he was 10 grand in the hole. WASTE OF MONEY....THIS IS HOW HE CONS AND GETS RICH. you will walk away with a charge...guilty or not...you will pay for the crime...and his house, car note and vacations all in one !!

I don't know about the previous reviews, sometimes there is only so much you can do for a person or his case. An Attorney can't make all your charges disappear. Unfortunately due to my son's choices,I had the pleasure of meeting Mr.Warder & his team. I consulted with 4-5 attorneys before I decided to retain Richard Warder(for my son)not once but twice! The 1rst time...all his charges were dismissed & expunged.I have the utmost confidence in this Man! He is phenomenal! He has this quiet demeanor & listens to everything you say...he says very little but his actions speak louder than words!!!His rates are more than reasonable especially for the results he produces!!!! I would highly recommend Mr.Warder, I can't say enough about him except that I am truly grateful for all that he has done for us. If you are looking for Honest & Exceptional representation...I highly recommend Richard H. Warder!!!! 10 Stars!
