Allen Jones is the worst Lawyer I have ever dealt with. He was hired by my mom to compose a will and later to deed land and mobile home to myself her Power of Attorney. He met with my mom alone and coached her into saying what he needed her to say in order to justify completing the deed. When he found the siblings were going to contest her decision he then bailed on her. He called me because I was the POA; he spoke to me in such a harsh manner I couldn't believe what I was hearing. He said if he were summoned as a witness he would testify against me and make it seem as if I had coerced my mom into the things I wanted. This is totally not true. The paperwork deeding the land and mobile home were never filed as Mr. Jones promised. Please take my advice do not use this Lawyer. It is my experience that he will not stand behind you if you need him in a court of law. He doesn’t appear to have his client’s best interest at heart.
