I have had a lot of issues with Elaine. She does not respond or if she does she doesn't answer all of the questions. She consistently believed my ex-husband over me until there was absolute proof. Then she would apologize. I am supposed to be her client! At times, it felt like my husband had 2 attorneys. I had to pay for a mediation, though I continued to say he had not provided everything and it was a waste of time. Again, she later apologized. I would not recommend her for a difficult divorce as that is already stressful enough then to add the stress of dealing with her makes it about unbearable. You also might want to google her prior to hiring to read the reviews and other articles to make sure she is a good fit for you. For me the only thing that was timely was receiving her outrages invoices!

When dealing with this attorney, she was the Guardin Ad Libum for my divorce case. She was horrible, failed to address issues with the children and FAILED to address SUBSTANCE Abuse issues with the other party.

My experience with this professional was not good. Communication was poor - often non existent, costs were severely high, she was not thorough, her experience level did not match with the expertise my case required, and she made many mistakes that went unaddressed even when pointed out. I would not recommend.

If lawyers are involved, you can almost always bet the subject is complicated. My experience with Elaine was very professional. She offered several options and explained everything. I would highly recommend her
