I hired him as a DUI lawyer. Always late to appointments. Did not even explain my options until the actual court date when we were standing before the judge. He then simply advised me to say yes to the charges and everything would be "under control". He brags that he knows the DA&the judges. I trusted him being my lawyer, and the court threw the book on me despite the fact that my actual blood alcohol level did not even constitute a DUI. I eneded up with a DUI on my record and severe monetery penalties. He does not communicate and will not defend you for a minute. He knew that I had money and WAY over chraged me for his services VS other DUI lawyers whom I talked to after the fact. It was simply too late. We could file a peition for incompetent defense attorney and spent a lot more money to fight it, but it was TOO late and too expensive to do it. All other lawers I talked to, told me that I got the raw end of the deal. DO NOT hire him. He's LAZY, incompetent and does not return calls.

On or about March 14th, I hired Mr. Larkin to represent me at a restitution court date that I had previously missed and to get to the court issued bench warrant recalled. He asked for $750 to go to court for the maximum 2 times to get it recalled. He sent me a letter stating that I had a court date on April 8th 2010 and that I did not have to attend. Unfortunately, he neglected to attend as well. I received a call from the D.A.'s office asking me what happened. I asked him was my attorney there and he replied in the negative. He said no one was. I asked Mr. Larkin what happened and he stated that an associate of his was there and yet he didn't know about the subsequent court date until I informed him. I called Mr. Larkin again and he said he probably wouldn't be able to be at court but he will send this mysterious 'associate' again. I informed him that I wanted a refund. He said he would not give me my money. He is nothing but a crook, lease do not use this man for anything,
