I had a horrible experience with him and do NOT recommend anyone to deal with him or his company. He leaves disgruntled family members and doesn’t hesitate posing lawsuits against them. His methodology is to get the elderly client to sign over their medical and financial powers of attorney to him, make him executor and/or trustee, and get his client to sign over a vast majority or all of their assets to local charities, universities as well as assigning gifts to the last people they see, including doctors, nurses, or caretakers. He gets near deathbed signatures using one of his staff as both witness and notary. Once the client is deceased, the family members have to prove the deceased was on drugs and didn’t know what they were doing. Of course, the client is then deceased. Do not/not use this firm or let him get near your loved ones!
