Mr. Curtis was a no-show for my appointment, no call. When I arrived at the office I was informed he had to leave but I could see the "other" lawyer in the same office. So I waited 30 more minutes. The "other" lawyer was very polite but informed me he didn't feel comfortable drawing up the simple lease agreement I needed. So I left, went to the library, found what I needed for $9.95 online. I wonder how much I saved?
