Fairfax DUI Lawyer
I found Jon online while faced with the seemingly insurmountable legal battle ahead after my first DUI arrest in Virginia. From our first meeting, I could tell that Jon was eager to fight for me to get the best possible outcome considering my circumstances. When I was arrested (drug charges) I talked to many lawyers about my case. Most of them were flippant and easy going, putting me at ease. Jon was different. He was abrasive, to the point, and very serious. He was expensive (about 3x as much as other lawyers I talked to) but he had a much deeper understanding of the current and future legal world. During my trial he was able to jump on a computer and bring up an unpublished opinion in order to refute the prosecutions claims. The other lawyers I considered hiring would never have even know how to turn the computer on. In my opinion, if you have the money, Jon Katz is only way to go. He will literally work 24/7 to win your case.
